|Recommended: YesLUXURY life — I sometimes forget how nice it is living here until I go somewhere else and am like, Oh wow, I have it REALLY good . I take it for granted The employees for Synergy are amazing. They are always there to help you when you need it. Whenever I have had a question or an issue I thought my stove took too long to heat up for instance , someone was there right away to help me. I'm like...wow, this isn't real life It is somehow. The building and facilities are SO nice. It's like living in a luxury hotel. My friends have actually said that while walking in the hallways. I love the location too despite it not being downtown, there is so much going on around the area and there are so many fun social events that the apartment hosts itself as well. The only downside is that living here will make you want a dog so badly because there are so many cute doggies walking around...this could be a perk if you ARE ready to get a dog I'm not yet . One day

|Recommended: YesVery Neat and Clean Apartments with lots of humming noise — Very Neat and Clean Apartments with lots of humming noise. This noise is the only drawback of these apartments, I had complained many times and they had looked into it, but this noise was constant. Looked like it was coming from the vents which had huge blowers which would cause noticable and annoying humming noise. Many nights I could not sleep because of this.

|Recommended: NoGreat Location and Good Management — Pros - Management is very nice and transparent. They act with a sense of urgency. The Property Manager, Adam, is awesome - Great location - Decent gym Cons - The building is a little too pet friendly... There's always dog poop or pee stains in the elevator and hallways. Dogs are constantly barking as residents walk down the hallway to their doors, which is annoying. When someone slams their front door, all the dogs on the floor start barking. It's very disruptive and can be hard to sleep when this happens, which is quite frequently. Most of the dogs aren't even trained. They're huge dogs that tackle you as you're walking in the hallway. It's terrible. They need to restrict the size of the dogs that can live there. - The coffee machine is always out of espresso beans - The leasing office sends out WAY too many emails. You can expect to receive about 5 emails a day from them. It's too many emails. Please consider creating a weekly newsletter to distribute resident news. - While the location is great, there is a lot of sketchy activity that happens around this area. The police are constantly being called to Synergy not just one police car, usually about 10-15 cars... . A young woman was also abducted in the parking garage you can find news articles on this it was pretty scary , but management responded quite well to the incident. Still, I think there are more safety measures that could be taken, such as decreasing the amount of time the parking garage stays open. There should also be a security system that alerts management if a car enters the garage without a fob. - Synergy forces you to use their cable and internet services, GlassBlu. You cannot purchase internet separately from cable, which is definitely a con. If I don't watch cable, I shouldn't have to pay 60 month for it. - The heaters are electric, which make for an extremely expensive electric bill in the winter, which is 8 months out of the year here. If you have a corner unit like I had, you better start saving your money now to pay for that bill - Underground parking is very expensive, 100 month. The free parking lot is too small to fit everyone at Synergy so that's a rip off. However, you can park at the hotel next door for free that has a covered garage. Still, parking needs to be made more accessible financially. Residents are already paying 2000 month and you can't provide free parking Ridiculous. - Very, very expensive rent costs, especially for the area. It's just Milwaukee, WI. It's not a major city...

Surface parking can end up being inconvenient but there are always sufficient spots in side parking lots, underground parking is worth the fee in my opinion . The management staff is friendly, responsive and plans fun events for the community The apartments are well made and if there is ever any issue maintenance staff fixes it within a day.
